Oranges

Anticancer. Anti-inflammatory. Cardiovascular health. Oranges are the standard-bearer for vitamin C in fruits, with each orange containing more than 100 percent of the recommended daily intake. Vitamin C has been linked to reduction in many cancers, notably colon cancer. Its antioxidant capacity may also lower inflammation and associated arthritic conditions. In addition, the World Health Organization reported that diets rich in citrus had cardiovascular benefits.
